CASE STUDY

Empowering hybrid event solutions for students

Summary

That Product Studio, in collaboration with Raptor London, developed Project Ayda, a platform designed to transform attendees' interactions at hybrid events. Ayda stands out with its unique features, such as distinct exhibitor and sponsor showcases with customisable models, gamified micro-experiences that link in-person and digital elements, and a design that facilitates engagement both on the move and during dedicated attendance times. These innovative and immersive features set a new standard in the virtual events landscape, enhancing engagement with exhibitors and sponsors.

Challenge

The primary challenge was to differentiate Ayda in the crowded virtual events market. Ayda was designed to provide an enriched, interactive experience, distinguishing itself from traditional virtual event formats by addressing their limitations.

Our Role

TPS was responsible for the design and development phases of Project Ayda, ensuring the platform was functional but also engaging and user-friendly. Our commitment was to craft a distinctive platform that would thrive in the ever-evolving domain of virtual and hybrid events, focusing on innovative solutions that elevate user interaction and event experiences.

“The principles of gamification used by That Product Studio have been crucial in making our software more engaging. Their agility in delivery and proactive project management approach have been impressive, ensuring the project stays on track and the end product is of high quality.”
